Description: A one-story wood-framed golf clubhouse with a basement, featuring pre-engineered wood trusses, glue-laminated beams, and wood decking for the roof. A concrete pedestrian bridge, 8 ft wide, spans a man-made lake on the 18th hole.

Description: 36,000 sqf, 2,500 seat auditorium with a full basement and partial mezzanine.

Description: This single-story building had originally been a service station that had not been in use for several years before being renovated into an Italian Restaurant located on Dixie Highway.  The renovation involved the addition of a new wood-framed canopy roof structure for outdoor dining.

Description: Single story brewery, tap room and restaurant with elevated deck.

Location: Cincinnati, OH.

Description: The American Sign Museum expanded in collaboration with Advantage and Kurt/Platte Architects. Advantage played a crucial role in safely installing a variety of signs during the renovation, utilizing cold form and steel framing techniques.

Description: This single-story, 14,000+ square foot structure is steel-framed.

Architect: KBA Architects, Inc.

Location: Fort Wright, KY.

Description: Single-story 5,000 sf car wash featuring a 40ft tall tower. The main building structure consists of reinforced masonry walls, hollow-core concrete roof planks, and a concrete foundation. The tower features cantilevers up from the main building structure with a combination of hot-rolled and cold-formed steel. Advantage has been involved with several other Mike’s Carwash jobs located in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
