About the Role
Advantage is seeking a candidate for a Revit/BIM Modeler position. The candidate will work with our team of structural engineers to produce Revit models and structural drawings for new buildings and renovations. Advantage provides structural design and drawings for a wide range of projects throughout the country. We are a growing company of engineers and modelers that thrive to be the best in our field and take pride in our design, models, and drawings. We seek to hire an energetic individual that shares our values and thrives to be an expert in Revit and the creation of structural building models.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a field utilizing Revit
Associates or Bachelors degree.
Understanding of building design and construction materials.
Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work as a team in constant communication.
Compensations and Benefits
Hourly compensation at 40 hours per week. 1.5 times overtime pay for hours over 40 per week.
Year end bonuses based on performance.
