Description: The 3-story steel-framed structure in Ashland, Kentucky, features 12,000+ sqf per floor, two third-floor outdoor patios, and a striking atrium extending the full height with a curved curtain wall façade.

The DBL Law Monarch Building

Location: Covington, KY.

Description: The project involved a renovation and four-story addition to a two-story structure. Steel framing, CMU walls, and steel trusses supported outdoor patios, with micro-piles and augercast pile foundations reinforcing the existing structure. A glass elevator and winding stair connect the original and new sections.

Description: A 3-story steel-framed office building in Broward County, Florida, spanning 70,000+ sqf. SidePlate system by Mitek offers hurricane wind resistance. Third floor includes outdoor patios and a fitness room, and an atrium extends the full height at the entrance.

Architect: Phoenix Architecture

Location: Cincinnati, OH.

Description: The custom office building is a 2-story steel framed structure over one level of parking below grade.  The elevated floors consist of composite concrete slab on metal deck supported by wide flange steel beams.
