Hotel Covington North

Location: Covington, KY.

Description: Existing 4 story, wood, steel, cast iron and masonry framed former YMCA facility converted into a boutique hotel.

The Restoration Hotel

Architect: Phoenix Architecture

Location: Charleston, SC.

Description: A 6-story addition to the existing boutique hotel with a fifth level pool and roof top bar.  The structure consists of a cast-in-place concrete podium supporting hot rolled steel framing.  The seismic force resisting system consists of both eccentrically and concentrically brace frames.

Courtyard by Marriot, Rookwood

Architect: Phoenix Architecture

Location: Cincinnati, OH.

Description: This five-story new hotel is approximately 90,000 sqf with a rooftop pool.

Residence Inn, Rookwood

Architect: Phoenix Architecture

Location: Cincinnati, OH.

Description: The building is a 7-story, steel framed hotel with precast, hollow-core concrete plank floors supported on a 2-story, cast-in-place concrete parking garage.
